Science Fair

Evan participated in his first Science Fair and received a 1st Place Ribbon for his project!! There were actually quite a few 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place ribbons given out. There were 4 projects that won a 1st place ribbon and a ribbon for best in category and one boy won for best overall. Way to go Evan!!

Denver Aquarium

I have a list of fun things and places we want to do and visit while we're here. We are going to try to do one a month. So for this month we went to the Denver Aquarium. It was fun to get out and go somewhere:) Although the traffic in Denver was horendous!! One of the perks of city life I guess! The Aquarium was a little on the small side but still really fun. Liam LOVED all the fish...he didn't want to leave when it was time to go. The sharks were really cool and one of our favorites. There was even a tiger display with real tigers...never seen that in an aquarium before. Sarah got to get her face painted and Evan tried to climb the coconut tree but his shoes were slippery so eventho he tried hard he couldn't get to the top. I didn't take a lot of pictures but here's the few that I did take.

Easter

We woke up Easter morning to it snowing. It was a heavy wet snow and so pretty but no fun to drive to church in :) Here are our Easter pictures...Liam was being a little pill and wouldn't sit with Evan and Sarah so I didn't get a picture of just the kids like I'd wanted too...I had to hold Liam and be in the pictures too. :)

Liam's Birthday

Here are a few pictures from Liam's little birthday party. We had my parents over and had a family party. Liam wasn't feeling well but was such a trooper. His "piece of cake" looks like a cheeseburger but it's really a brownie with vanilla ice cream :) :) He was so funny tearing the wrapping paper...he'd make this kind of disgusted looking face...it was funny :) He loved his trike from Nana and Papa and his Wubbzy movies :) It was a fun day and Liam was worn out at the end of it :)

Liam turns 2 tomorrow

Liam, Liam, Liam... my true boy!! :) For as challenging and destructive as he can be sometimes, he is just as tender and loving. He is so silly and animated...always making all of us laugh :) I love that he is curious and independent but also my little snuggle bug. Such a sweet boy!! I can't believe that he will be two tomorrow!! Happy Birthday Liam!! We love you and are so happy to have you in our family!!
